Millimani Pentacostal church - Miracle History
In 2003 prior to our first mission in Kenya Pastor Richard had a struggling church made of mud opposite the Nairobi highway.
The church was very disillusioned and struggling. Then in October of that year a group of prophetess were going from church to church. They came to Pastor Richards church and said to him that they had a word from God for the church which would increase his church if only he would receive it. Pastor Richard asked for this word. The prophetess told pastor Richard that in a few months a pair of missionaries would come from a far land a man and woman. The word that they would bring with them would bring a healing to his church. Several months later pastor Richard heard of our coming and remembering the prophesy eagerly invited us to preach in his church.

The Message we shared was Matthew 25: 31-46 and Isaiah 58:. The message stirred pastor Richard he remembered his time as an orphan and knew that God was calling him to take care of the orphans. No sooner had we left when having started this work and believing on God to bless him Isaiah 58:
Is 58:7 Is it not to divide your bread with the hungry and bring the homeless poor into your house--when you see the naked, that you cover him, and that you hide not yourself from [the needs of] your own flesh {and} blood?
Is 58:8 Then shall your light break forth like the morning, and your healing (your restoration and the power of a new life) shall spring forth speedily; your righteousness (your rightness, your justice, and your right relationship with God) shall go before you [conducting you to peace and prosperity], and the glory of the Lord shall be your rear guard.
Is 58:9 Then you shall call, and the Lord will answer; you shall cry, and He will say, Here I am. If you take away from your midst yokes of oppression [wherever you find them], the finger pointed in scorn [toward the oppressed or the godly], and every form of false, harsh, unjust, {and} wicked speaking,
Is 58:10 And if you pour out that with which you sustain your own life for the hungry and satisfy the need of the afflicted, then shall your light rise in darkness, and your obscurity {and} gloom become like the noonday.
Is 58:11 And the Lord shall guide you continually and satisfy you in drought {and} in dry places and make strong your bones. And you shall be like a watered garden and like a spring of water whose waters fail not.
Is 58:12 And your ancient ruins shall be rebuilt; you shall raise up the foundations of [buildings that have laid waste for] many generations; and you shall be called Repairer of the Breach, Restorer of Streets to Dwell In.
God had said that if he would spend his time on behalf of the Orphans he would increase him. Well God kept his word within 3 months the money was pouring in a plot of land was given and a new church was built. Not only that but no money was owed it was all paid for.
When we saw with our own eyes what God had done we were overwhelmed, no money had come from us it was all God. We again encouraged pastor Richard and told him that this was nothing yet but the more he did the more God would increase him.

When we visited in 2007 Pastor Richards vision was still growing he was now looking after over 40 Orphans and had erected temporary Nursery class rooms.

In 2008 Pastor Richard now looks after over 160 Orphans and his vision and his love has not changed. His ministry has also expanded and he is the head of several churches in the area. We again gave a message for the church
Isaiah 55:1 WAIT {and} listen, everyone who is thirsty! Come to the waters; and he who has no money, come, buy and eat! Yes, come, buy [priceless, spiritual] wine and milk without money and without price [simply for the self-surrender that accepts the blessing].
The word from God for the church was what ever you ask in my name I will give it because of your faithfulness.
Within 1 hour of us leaving the church a man came bringing lots of grain and food for the orphans he said he was doing it from the inspiration of the message on his heart.
Then Pastor Richard held a crusade preaching in the streets within 1 week his church was full to overflowing again ( many had left previously due to the troubles in Kenya 2007-2008). God was working once again healing the church.
Again this is due to receiving the word of God and acting upon it. For in doing so God was faithful and increased pastor Richard as he promised.
